This is what turns week to date into a week projection, and it sharpens every time this runs. Shops that lean hard on Sunday can be read earlier in the week than shops with a flat curve. Tuesday and Wednesday are the slowest days everywhere, which is where a cut does the least damage.

This is what turns week to date into a week projection, and it sharpens every time this runs. Shops that lean hard on Sunday can be read earlier in the week than shops with a flat curve. Tuesday and Wednesday are the slowest days everywhere, which is where a cut does the least damage.
